Psychic Readings

HI My name is Phyllis and I live in Nova Scotia. I have 21 years experience in reading cards , masters in Reiki , certified in Sacred Touch, and have also participated in several shamanic classes. I will give you a "full"reading lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. I use tarot cards, palms and playing cards. During your reading I will also speak with any spirits that wish to come through and pass a message on to you. Usually the spirits are family members that have passed on. There is no guarantee that a certain spirit will show as you cannot "make" them show. Topics in my readings can include love, family, relationships, finances, health, legal, worries, spiritual, emotional crises , messages from higher power ,past life, future life, etc. I have a very unique way of reading that gets to the heart of the matter. I believe in empowering my clients so that they may live thier lives to the fullest! Taped sessions are an option if you would like to bring your own tape , I can provide the recorder. All sessions with me are confidential .

I'm very passionate about what I do. I've met many beautiful people and I always feel very honoured/blessed when people come to me . We should always know that we have control over our lives. I'm here to help and guide you but we all have free will. What a wonderful thing!

Reiki

Usui Reiki is energy & wisdom combined. It can connect us, stimulate our growth, balance and heal our physical states so that we may fulfill our greatest potential. The practitioner lays hands on the client in order for the reiki to enter the body releasing blocks. The client remains fully clothed at all times. The treatment can last up to an hour. Reiki can be done local or long distance and is not meant to replace any medical treatments.

If you are interested in doing reiki yourself and being attuned to the energy I can help you with this. I teach level 1 through to Masters. Classes are ongoing throughout the year.

Sacred Touch

"Sacred Touch is a Christian Healing Technique. The practitioner moves their hands over the client (much like Reiki) using their intuition and the sacred symbols that are given to them at the time of their attunement. The practitioner allows the Christ Cosmic Energy to flow through them and meet with their and the client's god energy. We are energy not just a body. Since Sacred Touch is a softer gentler energy, this treatment is good for anyone specially people who are too sensitive to reiki energy or who need a more gentle approach such as for children, people detoxing, etc..."

House & Business Cleansings

House cleansing is about clearing out any unwanted energy in your home and replacing it with a more positive energy. For example you may have a disagreement with someone in your home , or maybe your in you're bedroom and you're very sad about something. Those energies can be left behind to later effect you. Sometimes there can be spirits in the house that need help as well. I will move through your house with the help of my guides in a meditative state to feel were the energies need to be cleared. The cleansing is done with smudging,energy work and sacred symbols. The result is a more peaceful and loving environment in your home. This can help with sleep and energy levels. Cleansings in the workplace would also be beneficial.

Reclaiming Our Power

This is a shamanistic approach to help us feel whole again. In our everyday lives, situations can happen that cause us to lose "pieces" of ourselves.
This can happen through emotional, physical and spiritual trauma. Some of us have given pieces of ourselves away. Have you ever heard the saying "I felt like when she/he left, a piece of me went with them"?
It is most likely because it has really happened. This can lead to us not feeling or living at our optimum levels.

It is the job of the practitioner -with the help of their guides- to journey to find these pieces and bring them back so we can feel happy, healthy and whole again. As I grow and develope a deeper connection with my guides and direct inner teacher this is something that i continue to put my own spin on taking my work deeper and in new directions.
