One White Dove

I seen my first spirit/ghost at the age of 7 or 8 cant really remember the exact age. BUt I woke up to see him standing at the end of my bed. Didnt get scared though just went back to sleep haha

Have never seen a spirit/ghost.. but i know they are with me.. mum and dad saved my life in 2006 by somehow gettin me to put my seat belt on five mins before i hit the back of a truck.. never used to wear it before.. so i know i am not alone xx

Awhile after my dad passed he visited me one night...I woke up and seen a white light in my bedroom doorway. There was no body or any way I could see it was him but I felt him there. He said nothing and, after a few minutes he turned (?) and the light went down the hallway and around the corner and faded away. I wasn't afraid and went back to sleep.  I don't know if he was trying to tell me something or just checking in  

Maybe he was just saying hi and telling you he was fine

I had seen many spirits. I was so excited when I found out I was not alone seeing them. I had all my cousins in the basement watching a fore-runner cross from the door-way to the wash basin and back then watching ~ disappear at the wash basin. I still remember Steph asking all of us kids are you in bed and do you see what I see. I was unsure if I was scared or excited on what I seen. Later, I wanted to know who --- was in the basement with us. My other cousin, Peg, well she still thinks it was my other cousins' mother. She could be very well right about that.

Another time was in the sweat. My very first sweat and I seen many spirits good- bad in there. I did not like the last one that I had seen before the sweat was over. It was not pleasant. I jumped back and there was not much room in their to move. I wrote it all down my experience and the elder could not tell me much about my whole experience.

thank you for sharing your story with us. Ive always wanted to do a sweat. I bet they make you feel really clear and open!

I tend to treat spirits as I do people and you can always tell a spirit you dont like to respect your personal space

I haven't actually seen a spirit, but I have experienced being touched and felt cool breezes.  I have smelled fragrances.  I few people have seen them around me and described them.  I believe !

I have several stories...but the scariest one of all was the big black spirit that I awoke to find hovering in my bedroom. I was so frozen by fear that I could barely breathe. It just stood hovering, like a large dark hooded figure. Anyone know what/who this is? I tried to convince myself that it was a dream, but it was not!

I cant tell you exactly what it was but I was told one time that just because something looks black doesnt always mean its bad BUT i do understand how that would scare you! Usually things like this do not scare me.

 My daughter has been seeing and hearing spirits since she stopped breathing once during a hospital procedure. But this black thing meant harm..I could feel it in the room. I have heard of other stories similar to this but no real explaination as to what it is. Thankfuly, I think it is gone from my home, but I will never forget it and I will always wonder what it wanted. (my daughter has seen it hovering over my bed while I slept one night, as well as seeing it around me quite often)

The message I got from what I saw was that he was with his dog who recently died and it gave his time of death. There is no way possible that I could have made the cell phone show the information it did, it was impossible for me to make the phone do it, so something else had to have the power to do it. I belive it was my friend telling me he was OK.

Another Spirit story for me tho' is picking up sixth sense of smell. A burnt smell being in a wrong place while we were looking at buying a business. I am glad I had listen into my intuition after noticing a burning smell that was very strong.  I did not buy the business and I let it go and the thoughts of getting into a business was not right at the time. Another person bought it in a week and it burnt down during Christmas Eve after only a few months of getting in to their business. I truly believe the higher power was working with me that day. I am blessed for this gift. Funny on how messages are given when needed.

I love this time of year. They say the veil gets thinner between our world and the spirit world. I'm not so sure about this anymore . I think its getting thinner..period! Lately when im doing readings and im open the spirits are standing closer to me , touching me ( i even had one kiss me on the cheek hehe) I dont mind this as long as they know thier boundaries and dont get to pushy. Just how I feel about people here on earth lol
